I’m having trouble choosing which company to work for.?
I had an interview with Nordstrom Rack last week, and it was for a part time position. I also had an interview with Pacific Palms resort for a full time position. I am basically a retail major and graduated college already with an A.A. in merchandise product development. Nordstrom Rack hired me but I had to decline the offer because I was looking for a full time employment. They called me 30 minutes offering me a full time position and was very generous about it. I also might have a good chance to work at Pacific Palms because i know people that work there that put in a good word for me and if hired I get to work full time in the mens golf, spa retail, and boutique retail and get offered benefits plus commision. I am confused because both companies are really good, Pacific Palms is only 1 minute away, and Nordstrom Rack is 40 minutes away from me….Does anyone know which company is better to work for? OR have any advice.
if convenience is not a big factor for you… you can extend your consideration up to the career development that the company can do for you. Whichever you chose, avoid thinking of what if’s.
