redness from shaving?

I have redness from shaving on my face it is really noticable. I have very sensitive skin so it doesnt help much. I use neutrogena men products but they dont seem to help…they are for sensitive skin. What things over the counter can I use to help the redness caused by shaving. Something from walmart, walgreens, cvs, or a grocery store will be helpful…I tried st ives appricot scrub.

use the Jason Aloe vera gel it cost $6 it good for redness after shaving you find at Rite aid.
Please Dont use the Apricot face scrub is very Harsh NOt GOOD for sensitive skin.
I suggest to use Aveeno Ultra calming product the face wash and the moisturizer
